Flowing in the Valley of the Deer since 1887. With a unique freshness from the same Highland spring water we've used since 1887, its distinctive fruitiness comes from the high cut point William Grant always insisted upon. Carefully matured in the finest American oak and European oak sherry casks for at least 12 years, it is mellowed in oak marrying tuns to create its sweet and subtle oak flavours.

Johnnie Walker Green Label is crafted from a palette of Speyside, Highland, Lowland and Island malts matured for at least 15 years - all perfectly balanced to bring together.

Ardbeg Ten Years Old is revered around the world as the peatiest, smokiest, most complex single malt of them all. Yet it does not flaunt the peat; rather it gives way to the natural sweetness of the malt to produce a whisky of perfect balance. A burst of intense smoky fruit escapes into the atmosphere - peat infused with zesty lemon and lime, wrapped in waxy dark chocolate. Bold menthol and black pepper slice through the sweet smoke followed by tarry ropes and graphite. Savour the aroma of smoked fish and crispy bacon alongside green bell peppers, baked pineapple and pear juice. Add water and an oceanic minerality brings a breath of cool, briny seaspray. Waxed lemon and lime follows with coal tar soap, beeswax and herby pine woodlands. Toasted vanilla and sizzling cinnamon simmer with warm hazelnut and almond toffee.

Caol Ila is hidden in a quiet cove near Port Askaig. Many consider this locality to be the wildest and most picturesque of the island.

The Glenlivet 15YO gets its distinctive rich and exotic character from a process of selective maturation in which a proportion of the spirit is matured in French oak casks. This whisky is deep gold in colour, and leaves behind traces of sweet almond and spice.

Dr Bill, Glenmorangie's Director of Whisky Creation, was born with a taste for adventure. And with this single malt he sought to create a whisky as unpredictable as his travels. Quinta Ruban is a whisky journey into the wild - a dark and delectable forest where the wind whistles with gusts of peppermint and dark swirls of chocolate can happen at any moment. In their giraffe-high stills, it begins soft and fruity, then gets darker and deeper as they let it age for 14 years in bourbon casks and port casks from Portugal. The finished whisky is a thicket of voluptuous flavour combinations. Walnut and black pepper. Mandarin orange and melted marshmallow. Dark chocolate bar and peppermint. Like stepping into a chocolate-minty-orange unknown, the journey is as delicious as the destination.

Chivas 18 is a complex yet refined whisky. An incredible blend of 85 flavour notes in every drop. The creation of our Custodian Master Blender, intent on making a perfectly balanced and exceptionally smooth Scotch. Velvety, with hints of dark chocolate and multi-layered aromas of dried fruit and buttery toffee.

The heavily peated malt for this dram has been created from harvests brought home from three Islay farms, by Raymond and his farming colleagues Neil Mclellan and Raymond Fletcher. The resulting rich, aromatic Port Charlotte wash was trickle distilled in our Victorian stillhouse during 2011. Moving forward we now have 19 farmers who have made the commitment to grow for us and to whom we are equally committed. This Islay barley is who we are. This is where we're from.
