Made from Grenache, Cinsault and Rolle (Vermentino) grapes, its pale colour is pleasing to the eye and draws one in. The rewarding taste profile is full and lush while being bone dry with a smooth finish. A blend of the best free run juices and press juices, fermented and aged in stainless steel with temperature control.

This is a multidimensional Chardonnay with a core of ripe stone fruit and fragrant citrus and citrus blossom, overlaid with subtle aromas of roasted nuts, mealiness and a note of smoky gunflint. The palate is powerful, yet taught and fresh with a fine, slate like texture, great length and balanced fresh acidity. While approachable now, this wine will age positively for 15 plus years if cellared well.

Church Road Chardonnay boasts of ripe stone fruits, balanced with subtle acid. Hints of oak gives this bold number toasty buttered popcorn and soft caramel aroma while equally expressing ripe fruits nectarine and persimmon. A balanced wine for those new to Chardonnay and those with experience!

A fuller bodied and and creamy textured Chardonnay balanced by gentle, fresh acidity. Ripe stonefruit, fresh citrus and subtle floral notes are overlaid with complexities of roasted nuts, fresh baked bread, and a flinty minerality. Already drinking exceptionally well, with careful cellaring we expect this wine to continue to mature gracefully for 5 years or more from vintage date. Ideally matched to seafood, poultry and lighter game dishes, particularly with an element of creaminess

A complex expression that exhibits the freshness of a sauvignon blanc but with mineral flint and savoury nuances.

Appealing ripe pear, peach, rose water and ginger spice aromas are evident on the nose. On the palate the wine is lush and full bodied with a moderate level of sweetness balanced by gentle acidity and a touch of ginger spice on the finish.

The wine has rich pink tones, with aromas of bright raspberry and strawberry fruits. On the palate the wine is fine textured and fleshy through the mid palate, finishing with a gentle sweetness, balanced by a crisp acidity and a lingering finish.

The aromatics are fresh and expressive with pink grapefruit, passion fruit, elderflower and gentle herbal notes with elements of richer tropical fruits. The palate is medium weight, gentle and fresh with excellent flavour persistence. This is complimented by underlying flinty and mineral notes.
