A blend of Cabernet Sauvignon parcels sourced from vineyards throughout the Barossa. The fruit is fermented for up to 14 days, then aged for 12 months in a mix of French and American oak. The grapes for Roaring Meg come from Mt Difficulty's Cromwell basin vineyards managed by their dedicated viticultural team. Roaring Meg Pinot Noir Rosé has a bouquet of lifted white floral and strawberry notes initially and blood orange and red cherry fruit behind. Bright, ripe blood orange and ruby grapefruit flowing into plush stonefruit on the mid-palate. Drier in style, this Rosé is elegant and fine with a long finish. Serve chilled for maximum enjoyment.
